Yum: Heart Attach on a plate

I made this for lunch…it was great. It’s a beef patty with the center cut out a sunny side up egg put in the middle. The cut out part was cooked on the side and added in as a ‘hat’ later.

Seasoned it with jalapeno cheese, smoke seasoning, crushed red pepper and some seasonings for grilled meat. It was amazing. Topped it off with some lettuce. The family nutritionist was not happy with me but I loved it.
